Obtaining the necessary license to establish a factory to produce industrial gypsum and obtaining the approval of the Industrial Development Authority with license No. 01323/11/01/02 / t and a production capacity of210,000 tons per annum with 700 tons per day, according to the Egyptian Specification 188 \ 1975.

Contract with Aresco company for the supply and installation of the production line (turnkey) .

The average return on the capital is about 47.1%, and the average yield on the investment cost is about 25.1%,both of which far exceeds the revenue derived from the opportunity (10.5%)
